ONE NEW ACTIVE LISTING CAME ON THE MARKET:

It’s a Narciso floorplan, located in the Fiesta development, and was listed Friday, March 13:

Three listings changed their status to Under Contract (an offer has been accepted and Escrow opened, but backup offers are still being accepted):

23855 Villena was listed on February 27 for $604,500.00.  It’s a Narciso floorplan, in the Fiesta development.  It was on the market 13 days before going under Contract – another one that sold quick because it was reasonably priced.

23512 Villena was listed on February 29 for $585,000.00.  It’s a Narciso floorplan, in the Fiesta development.  It was on the market 9 days before going under Contract – it sold quick.

Via Chocano s was originally listed on February 21 for $563,000.00.  It’s a Blanca floorplan, in the PUD/Casta development.  It was on the market for 15 days before going under Contract.

Two listings changed status to Closed (Escrow has closed – the new Homeowners now own their new home):

Alava was listed for $684,000.00 on February 5, entered Escrow 7 days later, on February 12, and closed on March 13 for $655,000.00.  It’s a Montery  floorplan in the Carmel development.

Calle Neruda was listed for $638,000.00 on October 13, entered Escrow on February 11, and Closed on March 11 for $590,000.00  It’s a Dona  floorplan in the PUD/Casta development.  It was a nice location and showed well, but on the market for quite a while.  The property had the smaller one car garage, and some of my Clients said they smelled cigarette smoke, and it was a deterrent for them.
