Casta del Sol … approximately 3,400 residents experience the serenity of 485 acres of gentle rolling hills in Central Mission Viejo – one of the most beautiful and safest cities in America.

Our community was designed and developed by the Mission Viejo Company during 1972-1986.  Created for active adults, Casta del Sol includes 1927 homes, with 24 different models ranging from 972 to 2750 square feet.

I live in Casta del Sol and can answer all your questions about living here.  If you have a couple hours to spare, I’ll take you on a tour of the community, showing you both Recreation areas, and we can also look at a couple homes from each of the three developments.  Just give me a jingle and we’ll make it happen.

Via Maragall was listed on February 25 for $599,000.00.  It’s a Blanca floorplan, in the PUD/Casta development.

Barbosa was originally listed on March 11 for $615,000.00.  It’s a Rosa floorplan, in the PUD/Casta development.
